Huza Radzi - Principal Consultant

Huza Radzi previously is the Director of Food & Beverage at the Westin Hotel Kuala Lumpur. In his previous career as Maitre d’hôtel at  Lafite Restaurant Shangri- La Hotel Kuala Lumpur, he has coveted 12 times numerous Best Restaurant of the Year awards given by World Asia Media (WAM),Malaysian Tourism Corporation (TDC), Malaysian International Gourmet Festival (MIGF) and Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards that had awarded Huza Radzi as “Excellent Hospitality Personality – F&B (Local)”. Huza began his career as a waiter and  promoted through the ranks in the industry for 23 years.

Huza had been send on working stints to renowned New York’s Le Cirque 2000 and Three Michelin Star – Les Jardin des Sens in Montpellier. Since 1999, Huza has been appointed as  the Expert Panel of Judges by the Malaysian Ministry of Human Resources for World Skills Championship and as The National Trainer in “Restaurant Service” and had trained Malaysian representatives to the World Skills Championship. He has been featured in Tatler’s Malaysia Magazine – 100 People You Must Know in Asia 2004 and 2005 as a recognition for his contribution in the Hospitality Industry.

Amerjit Singh - F&B Service Consultant / Trainer

Amerjit Singh specializes in F&B hospitality F&B service and has been in hospitality industry for 35 years. Completed Diploma in Hotel Management (1996), Masters in Management (2015) and Train the Trainer certification (2022). Specializes in food and beverage operations, supervisory and management skills. Started as a waiter in 1985 at Restaurant Chalet, Equatorial Hotel Kuala Lumpur. This was where he developed his skills in food & beverage. His last position held last position held was as F&B Manager cum Acting Resort Manager at Corus Hotel Port Dickson.

MFBEA (Malaysian Food & Beverage Executives Association) had appoint Amerjit as a committee since 2019, and had since involved with hospitality events such as FHM 2019, 2022 and MAHA 2022 under MFBEA. Part of the judging team table setting and flambe for the FHM Culinaire 19th – 22nd September 2023. Amerjit was also a Lecturer with Inti Colleges and Universities Subang, from 2015-2023 in Faculty of Hospitality.

Delicia Charles - English Trainer

Delicia Charles received her BA in English Studies and a Certificate of Teaching English to Adults (CELTA) from Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand. For the past six years she has been teaching English to primary and pre-university students, and working adults at the Grace Home School in Selangor, the Malaysian Association for the Blind in Kuala Lumpur and ELS language centre in Selangor.

She specialises in four key areas such as grammar, formal and informal letter writing, communication skills and listening. Through her teaching she has the ability to integrate theoretical concepts and practical ideas, and apply them to actual classroom situations. She has created a trusting environment through sensitivity of students’ strengths, weaknesses, and personal learning styles.

Nur Izani Ismail - Quality,Food Safety & Halal Consultant

An accomplished Halal, Food Safety and Quality practitioner, auditor and leader with 22 years experience in Airline Catering business and 5 years experience in food testing services. Various engagement with airline customers, franchise business concept, government agencies including business consultation and training services in halal and food safety.

Vast experience and knowledge in the field of Allergen Management, Foreign Matter Contamination/ Control and the Risk Management and  Assessment in Production and Operational processes.

Other than Food Safety and Halal, Izani capable of multi-tasking, which includes assignment to manage the Customer Service and Legal Department, as well as assisting the company to obtain the MAVCOM and CAAM licenses.

Muzzammil - Halal Advisory & Trainer

Muzzammil has been actively involved in Halal Advisory and Consultation from 2016 until recent years in developing culture, value and concept of halal throughout the organization in hospitality industry. Graduate Degree in Accounting from University Sultan Zainal Abidin ( formerly University Darul Iman ) and started his career in Audit firm at Terengganu. In 2016 he joined Huza Radzi Consultancy and started his new line in Halal Advisory and Consultation as Halal Coordinator.

Certified as Halal Executive that recognized by Halal Professional Board (JAKIM) , among the hotel organization that he has coordinate and consult are Four Season Hotel Kuala Lumpur , Aloft Sentral Kuala Lumpur and he also involved in coordinated the halal certification for food manufacturing industry.
