HUZA RADZI - Principal Consultant

Huza Radzi previously is the Director of Food & Beverage at the Westin Hotel Kuala Lumpur. In his previous career as Maitre d’hôtel at  Lafite Restaurant Shangri- La Hotel Kuala Lumpur, he has coveted 12 times numerous Best Restaurant of the Year awards given by World Asia Media (WAM),Malaysian Tourism Corporation (TDC), Malaysian International Gourmet Festival (MIGF) and Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards that had awarded Huza Radzi as “Excellent Hospitality Personality – F&B (Local)”. Huza began his career as a waiter and  promoted through the ranks in the industry for 23 years.

Huza had been send on working stints to renowned New York’s Le Cirque 2000 and Three Michelin Star – Les Jardin des Sens in Montpellier. Since 1999, Huza has been appointed as  the Expert Panel of Judges by the Malaysian Ministry of Human Resources for World Skills Championship and as The National Trainer in “Restaurant Service” and had trained Malaysian representatives to the World Skills Championship. He has been featured in Tatler’s Malaysia Magazine – 100 People You Must Know in Asia 2004 and 2005 as a recognition for his contribution in the Hospitality Industry.

Delicia Charles - English Trainer

Delicia Charles received her BA in English Studies and a Certificate of Teaching English to Adults (CELTA) from Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand. For the past six years she has been teaching English to primary and pre-university students, and working adults at the Grace Home School in Selangor, the Malaysian Association for the Blind in Kuala Lumpur and ELS language centre in Selangor.

She specialises in four key areas such as grammar, formal and informal letter writing, communication skills and listening. Through her teaching she has the ability to integrate theoretical concepts and practical ideas, and apply them to actual classroom situations. She has created a trusting environment through sensitivity of students’ strengths, weaknesses, and personal learning styles.

Krystle Ho - Hygiene / HACCP Consultant & Trainer

Krystle Ho has established her expertise in Malaysian Food Law, MS 1480 (Food Safety according to Hazard Analysis  Critical Control Point),  Good Manufacturing Practice, Food Ingredients & Nutrition, Food Microbiological Lab Test and Internal Auditing throughout her six years of working as a Quality Assurance personnel as well as Food Safety and Hygiene Manager in organization that practices HACCP and FSMS.

Krystle Ho graduated in Bachelor’s of Food Science majoring in Food Technology from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu.

She is also a certified trainer for Food Handler’s Course recognized by MOH. Besides that she also holds a certification in PSMB Train the Trainer where she can design any training related to food safety that suits the client needs. She is passionate in food safety and is very dedicated to guide organization to obtain certification in HACCP or to maintain the FSMS system within company.
